So I swapped the memory card out and it seems to be a bit better. It doesn't kill the 24v power quite as much anymore. Thanks for the tip. I will monitor this throughout the week.

Are you trying to bring up to life an old machine or the problem just started to appear? There might be several causes for this problem. As a quick fix, you can change in th settings logic polarity of that signal, so it will be OK when actually not.

This machine had been off for a few months. After we booted it a few days ago, this problem popped up. How exactly would I change the logic polarity?

Parameters->Miscellaneous I/O then select Inputs and scroll down to REAR_P2P_TOWER_DOWN, select appropriate input and change State field from 1 to 0, then press OK and save.

Check the fuses on the power distribution panel. All of them have indicating LED, so check is easy. Maybe 24V feeder supply is out...

Just because a feeder has 8 pins on the front does NOT mean it is IQ. The IQ feeders started at a certain level of feeder part number.....which i do not remember being that many people dont use the IQ system. Good Luck

There should be a sticker on the feeder that says 10-??????. This is the feeder part number. I think the IQ feeder manual tells you at what point the feeders will communicate with the IQ software.
