Hi, we use om338 from alpha metals in our smt production lines.I wont change this solder paste with kester em 918.Is anybody use this solder paste?what yo think abaout this paste.Is it good?

Hi, we have about 100L kester 108 - soldering flux thinner.That is thiner for Kester 2235 and some other fluxes.But we have not use this flux already, and I don't know what I can make with the tinner.Could you help me - what is chemical composition

James, Kester must have the same quality standard worldwide. If you feel your problem is related to the paste itself, you should write a report and submit it to Kester directly. Do you have new operators at the area any any chance? Thanks, Hiram

Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with Kester made from Mexico. We are seeing alot of bridging lately in our product and it started about a month ago.

We have Kester 256 no-clean spec'd as an alternate paste. I bring some 256 in occasionally to make sure it still works as a backup. The last batch I brought in was bridging like crazy. Scraped it off the stencil, put our regular Alpha back down an

It could be one of a dozen things besides your paste. If you do feel it's your paste, have another vendor come in awith a free sample to try it. Side by side comparisons are great and it wouldn't cost you anything.

Try another solder paste manufacturer. Aim out of Rhode Island, Alpha and or Kester. I'm sure that they will be of better assistance than the current supplier. Good Luck

Hi All, Just have a share with you guy. We are using T4 solder paste and also E-Stencil. We ahd try out Alpha, Kester, AIM and Qualitek. The result show Alpha had a very very heavy stack flux and can't get it clean off even by chemical

Any one screen printer manufacture stand out over others? We are also 100% lead free, I use Kester solder paste. Is this a good brand compared to other brands?
