Does anyone know how to make the vision alignment work on a Quad 4C? What I mean is make it work right, and reliably. I know how to define the component for inspection (lead pitch, lead count, dimensions, tolerances, etc.), and I know how to set ligh

Use fuji vision #12. That is for the resistor network types. You cant inspect the individual leads. Vision type 12 tell the CP that this is a rectangular chip with terminals. You don't need to define the leads in the PD just the overall shape of th

I am looking for the solder wire leaded or lead free which can withstand the solder joint at temperature 450deree Celsius or more after soldering, since i need to form a solder joint at higher temperature area Pls suggest the part number for the sam

Seen it. We use a lead free process, sometimes our supplier will use a lead process silk screen that burns at a lower temp. The HASL coat was still SN100CL.

We have an issue with solder wicking up the leads/ inside terminations on an SMT connector. The solder coverage is sometimes over 50% of the connectors inside pin length. The terminations are gold plated. Is there an IPC spec for acceptability? Plea

We switched our PCB's to 170Tg over 10 years ago, so we're probably good to go on the temperature aspect. Thanks for the opinion on the added lead content.

Is this solder lead or lead free? Try look at the delta of the PCB during re-flow, you might find that the smaller parts are being "cooked" faster and burning off the flux.

hello! Can you be more precise on what you need ? like profiles in general? leaded? lead free? low temp profiles? cheers!

If you are using lead solder (SnPb) HASL is a good choice. If you are using lead-free (RoHS compliant) solder then I would recommend Immersion Gold (ENIG).

Hi Syed, I'm a PCB engineer from China. First:Immersion gold surface finish is the best for PCBs. Second:HASL(Lead-Free HASL) Then:HAL(with lead) The cheapest surface finish is OSP(After 15 days will be oxidized)
