Universal has a GDM. You might even be able to mount the head to one of the machines you already have.

Your placement machines are too fast. Slow them down and the line will be balanced. This is the easiest way to make the industrial engineers happy.

Thanks for the reply guys. One other thought, one of the engineers suggested that this could shorten the life of the solder pot itself. Granted, this is an old machine. What do you think??

Jacky, we have had a similar problem. We needed to go to a smaller nozzle and also check your vacuume system and air kiss.Could be after placement when the machine blows air to insure the part is off the nozzle that it is effecting the solder brick.
