It's not any one specific machine. We use the Juki IS files. In one of the files is the feeder location and I am not able to locate where (was hoping someone had gone through something like this before).

We use an AOI machine to check the first-off. This will pick up such errors, and if the line is stopped until the AOI operator has approved it, the problem is solved, although it would require one fix.

From what I remember, shut off machine, unplug cable/hose, unscrew 4 screws and the head is out.

I cleaned and re-greased everything on the Hydra head and I even changed the motor and encoder and it still gives me the timeout error Z/156. Where do I look now? My machine has been down now for 3 weeks.

If you get the stencil made with all apertures included then you can blank some off with sellotape. Saves you buying 2 stencils should you require them machine fitted in the future
