Can anyone help me recommend or simulate a SPI and AOI machine that can balance our FUJI NXT 1 with 14 modules. We are using MPM accela printer. 200 UPH is our target. Here's the PCB dimension length(x) = 399.92mm width(y) = 141.626mm Thanks all!

| Have you tried the new Accu-Frame from PNC? It tensions on all four sides using an operator-INdependent mechanical scheme. It seems pretty slick. They're failry new, and don't have a frame for the MPM's last time I checked, so I haven't tried it

I'm new to SMT. Now, i'm making program for SPI machine to inscpect for solder paste of SP60-MU. I think this is a very good printer but some times, my program shows only 50-60% of volume transfer; and the average height is very high: nearly 200 pct.

I don't know, what you are expecting? The complete set of manuals in folders weigh a few pounds and cost very likely ~ $400 in shipping and have to be paid in advance. There are manuals on a CD in .pdf format of about 200 Mb, which I offered to send,
