how can I change the language in MPM up 2000? the machine has a default language set to german I wanted to know if it can be changed to English. I tried in BIOS there is no option to do that. Please guide me on this.

Our MPM 2000 screen printer machine has a problem. During the machine reset mode a warning message come up "Z lockout not operating". Does anyone know what fault could cause this?

Is this a new machine to your facility? I have seen MPM UP3000's give error while homing if the transformers are not tapped exactly at the line voltage. Just a thought.

I have never seen that message before, but you should check the Z axis driver card, and the Z home sensor. Do you hear anything when the axis tries to move?
