With that said, do you happen to have the calibration procedure for the MTU? I already have the X0 Y0 jig. Just need to know where exactly I am supposed to calibrate with regards to the actual trays.

Thanks for the link, however, I have this manual already and it only shows how to replace motors, belts and prox switches and to adjust for zero set. Appreciate your time and efforts. I did find that it is an OC alarm. Thanks again. Regards, kdc45

When an older Fuji machine acts odd the first place to go is a reset start and reload proper, program, and status to see if that fixes it. Just make sure you have a good proper before you begin. Jerry

Thank you, Jerry. I have done a Fuji wash and resent proper and status, still no luck. I'm going to go through my proper and ensure it is indeed good.

Not a problem! I appreciate all the help! They all travel in the correct directions. Do you know which input card I should be looking at to check the range switches?

If anyone else encounters this issue my solution was the TSA-200A board replacment.

is it a specific part you're having the problem with, or does the fault manifest on a number of different ones ?

Actually its one part. I had an idea to test some completely different, pre-defined component which has been placed on that machine before. Do You suspect there is a diabolical shape parameter somewhere ? :)

When these old Fuji's do weird things I usually try a reset start. Many times that fixes the issue. Make sure you have a valid proper file before you try it. Jerry

Larry, We place QFP240's all the time with our 2 IP-3's. If you provide your e-mail or fax number, I can send you the PD that we use for our QFP's. Steve | Here is a good one for ya. Our IP3's MTU will not pick QFP240's out of cavities, 10, 12,
