Do you see foot indentations in the paste? If the part is being blown after placement, you'll see the indentations in the paste. Another random thought; We had worn nozzles and the camera would sometimes see a spot where the paint wore off and read

Update: We moved the vacuum post to the front of the machine at the recommended slot 26 (instead of slot 58 in the back) and changed from 340 to 360F nozzles and the machine was able to complete calibration.

Our calibration nozzles (360's) suffered from rubber disease (all rubber parts on GSM disintegrate into odd sticky molasse after a while), so we thought 340's will do. They did not...

Error about 'nozzles cannot be returned' why is this happening in middle of a run...? What can we do to resolve this

I've seen this error multiple times. Possible that there is a part still attached to the nozzle or the machine thinks that there is and sometimes it doesn't display the window with the commands to trash the part.

Also, think about when the last time someone removed a nozzle and possibly didn't put it away in the proper location.

Maybe also check the air pressure, the lack of air pressure could also sometimes make the head lose grip on the nozzles
