It's dust contamination. Most of the boards have loose dry dust on them but a few have what looks like a dried slurry. Either way I'm not impressed. This is the second batch, the first one had obvious *visible* shorts on boards that were alledgedly

We heard about the Saki systems and did not receive positive feedback. They are quite fast but they miss a lot of easy defects; especially solder ones. Have you checked out a Mirtec system yet?

cantact dynatechsmt.com, they pretty much have taken over the samsung smt lines here in the states. They have provided me with very good support even though one of our machines was not purchased through them. Good luck.

I have one of these and what I usually do is undersize your measurements just a hair. Also , if you are still using the 3500 vision unit you might want to upgrade to the lantern system. Hope this helps.
