Did you record the thermal recipe on the ball that your customer complained as open or some other ball?

Could someone shares their experience on the causes of 'Open' in the BGA after reflow. Reflow prifle is also critical, as usual. On large boards board support is also a factor. If the board warps at the BGA you can experience opens. Good Luck

Could someone shares their experience on the causes of 'Open' in the BGA after reflow. Insufficient solderpaste. "No flux" (sat too long after print). Those are what I've experienced. Cheers, Scott

hi, can anyone share experience on PCB open trace repair? we have some data that indicates that this repair is high risk and really very dependant on repairer skills. It may also cause reliability issue for trace repair. please advice.

Data file open error

We have a Dek Horizon and we have started getting a data file open error when trying to save files. This is resulting in us having to re-teach board fiducials etc in every time we switch back to a previous job. Any ideas?
