Not really. You have to use some sort of Fuji software. F4G, Fujicam, Flexa or other "homemade" software packages. Otherwise, you have hand type everything.

What we have found after using the machine for a while is that its difficult to set up most odd / uneven parts. The best way we have found is use the trimmer package and then use the rough check feature, that seems to work well with most things.

It is only available in the trimmer package, its a tick box, not sure exactly how it works but it just does a rough check of the part, not very good for fine pitch / very high accuracy needed.

I have not seen expiration date on parts so far. I have seen people uses 10 year old parts too as long as it solders good.

Define reasonable priced.... We have a Buehler Viewmet that goes up to 500x and has a nice software package for doing reports. You are looking at minimum 10-15K for anything decent.
