I've tested boards with SN100C HAL finish, and wetting to the PCB finish was poor at best, using a no clean SAC305 paste.

We have one set MPM AP25. Its prestop position is not stable,but stop position is stable. It often occur "time out" alarm when load PCB.Which one can help us.

At times we have had this problem with our AP25 due to one of the conveyor belts slipping. Load a PCB and check to see that both conveyor belts are running at the same speed. If not, tighten the one that is dragging. Hope this helps.

Alcohol and a scrub brush or try some 440R (http://www.smartsonic.com/). This stuff cleans almost anything off.

There's always a used MPM UP3000, they're cheap.... ....but there is a very good reason for this.
