Am looking for a dispensable water soluble solder mask or peelable solder mask that can be dispensed and be run through a reflow oven with no swelling or degradation. Any leads on any materials or manufacturers to contact?

Did you try Techspray Wondermask W? It is water soluble and can probably be transferred from the bottle to an EFD type syringe for dispensing (we use the P and the PL that way). As far as if it will swell through the reflow, I don't know. We don't us

Armin, I can supply you but wont. Why not? Because these materials have a short shelf life when packed into syringes. Your local supplier should be able to provide them but he will be obliged to make up a batch of 2 - 300 to be economical - but they

Hello! Recently started buying PCBs with peelable mask to remove the need for Kapton tape. Had no issues with our first batch, but our supplier has over-cured the second batch - it comes off in tiny bits, and is stuck in the holes. After timing the

Hi, I am currently using a peelable mask prior to wave soldering and have started exploring water soluble/washable masks. The mask will be used with water based and alcohol based flux. Are there any compatability issues to concider and how will this

Tin/Lead we have had no problem in masking off areas on a pcb during wave soldering. Lead Free alloys, Nickel Silver Copper would there be any compatability issues with a Peelable latex solder mask containing Ammonia. Really hot need to know.
