MILL-MAX .020 pin in a .026 hole

We have an assembly which we are trying to machine pick and place a Mil-Max pin that is .020 dia placed in a .026 hole. The board is .1125 thick. We have to place 106 of these pins. Without going into the challenge of getting proper hole-fill to me

A quick experiment idea: Try reflowing a bare board prior to assembly. Perhaps your boards have moisture and outgassing issues.

We have 5 ovens that we use this oil on. Its like $23.00 per pint from the manufacturer. But they say you have to buy a case of 24. I just went ahead and bought it from Vitronics.

I just bought some of XPM3 series. according to Vitronics, you shouldn't go through more than two quarts a year per each oven. Have you experienced this? If not then I too would be interested in a 2nd source.
