I have a 100 pin TQFP with a logo the same as mitsubishi 3 diamonds. does anyone know this logo it's not mitsubishi because I can find no sight for them only cars. Anyone know this logo?

Defects will result, Your cooling rate is affected because the hot air is not circulated properly. Outgassing will appear and you'll have pin holes / blow holes, disturbed joint etc. Correct me guys if i'm wrong. Thanks

The solder on the rest of the board looks good. There are no large components around these parts. We check the profile using a KIC and it met the recommendations of the solder paste manufacturer. I have not did a dip test of the board or components.

I just had a "how could I have forgotten" moment. By any chance are these double sided boards and the cracked components are on the fist side? If so support pin placement could be the problem. In case more info would be good.

Are you using masking? Conformal coat will de-wet (no pin holes usually, though) due to masking tape adjacent to affected areas if the tape glue chemistry isn't compatible with the conformal coat.

You do not need to buy any special cable for this purpose. Fuji normally has 2 pins connector attached at the end of each equipment. Now if you do not have those connectors, you can just buy some 2 to 4 conductor cable from your local electronic supp

Hi, I`m having some troubles with reflow soldering RQFP-208 pin IC with 0.5mm pitch. The profile is done according the solder paste supplier specs but still this RQFP is shifting in the reflow process. What could be the cause of this and what would
