I believe so...the last 100 or so boards we ran gave us no problem, we haven't ran any since. Easy fix, thanks again.

hello Baez check the air line from spindle to the manifold make sure theres no small hole in it. some times with the spindle moveing up and down it may leak worse in some positions than others

Is this a consistent issue? Have you tried running in "step mode" to see if it's really a handling related issue (ie Clutch, bearings, etc)? Good Luck

Also... this is ONLY a pick issue? No issues with placement for those that you do successfully pick? Have the spindles been calibrated lately?

Hi VicKt! I will check the spindle nozzle changer issue this weekend, and the clutches were replaced since long, long time ago....probably more than 2 years..could be this the cause? for only one spindle? Thanks....

This could be the cause. A simple test is as follows: Turn on the clutch for the specific spindle in I/O and use your hand to rotate the z shaft to drive down the spindle. Drive the spindle by hand to the end of travel and try rotating beyond that

Maybe attaching some pictures of your cracked solder connections might help us in offering suggestions to help you with your problem

Try shifting the placement location slightly toward the pad that is not soldered. This is assuming it is always standing up on the same pad

1 chip has 2 solder pads....and both pads definitely has solder.... im not getting what you are trying to say.
