It sounds like the hard drive is the issue, and not the rest of the PC. It shouldn't be too difficult to find a copy of XP. Just install a new HDD and load XP. I might even have one. Is the Hard Drive IDE or SATA?

We have been using SAKI AOI for more than ten years, the software and check algorithms should be must better. The machine themselves(hardware)are very good. There were no serious problem.
