| I am looking for a product to repair PCB mask (seal exposed copper) and fill Gouges in pcbs, any suggestions? Why not use an electonic grade 5 minute epoxy? As long as it's inert, I'd do it. Scott

We have been placing 0201 in our production using both CP642 and CP643 since last year. But it was necessary to upgraded a narrow view camera to recognize 0201 for CP642. Since then, the placement of 0201 is really reliable.

We don't use the machine you suggest, but dispensing paste in front of a placer is a very powerful set-up for some production environments. Check the fine SMTnet Archives for a comparison between dispensing and printing paste.

If it's inconsistent, reflow and part cleanliness is most likely OK. Check you stencil printing process. How do you perform post-print inspection? What is the stencil-life of your paste? How often is the stencil underwiped? Do you track paste additio
