Immersion tin is very sensitive for handling, scratches, storage condition and time, thermal influence and washing. You will get problems in second reflow if you have double sided PCB with immersion tin surface finish.

You may want to search the UIC knowledge base for troubleshooting. If you do not have access to UIC's website (second hand machine) you can call and register your machine for $500.

That is why we don't care if it is Top or Bottom. We call them first (process) side and second (process) side. Often you will have tall and heavy parts on both sides, so you will have to glue them.

We check the TDK data sheet reflow profile condition. We check the PCB surface temperature the max temperature is 237.Anyhow We will confirm it by check temperature on TDK point
