Topaz placement event sequence question (long, rambling)

Electronics Forum | Fri Sep 14 10:36:03 EDT 2007 | slthomas

After considerable head scratching yesterday afternoon I've determined that this is a symptom of flaky wiring, a loose connector, etc.. The head 1 mount vacuum bit isn't changing all the time on the blow off, and it errors out at that point. When I r

GER to GBX conversion tool?

Electronics Forum | Tue Nov 13 13:47:55 EST 2007 | ratsalad

Fiducial replacements?

I have read all the replies here and have yet to see this one which I know works when our fids are HASL and distorted, thus unable to seem uniform enough for the vision systems on our MPM's or MyDatas to see them clearly. Using a stainless steel nee

#1Run a Fuji gold board and see if the problem persist. Is your board clamp slipping? Fid camera tight? etc.. To see if you have a Y axis positioning problem: 1.Put the machine in mecha check 2.Go into Y-axis 3.Place a dial indicator so that the st

Jon, I believe were at a point now that all the problems related to the RoHS directive (not lead free only) are so abundant that they no longer can stay hidden. Heres an article form the Swedish EIF http://www.evertiq.com/news/read.do?news=11736&c

If you are getting top side wetting, I doubt if this is a Delta-T problem. It also could be there is a lot of flux on the top side of the board stuck between the connector and the board. This is easily checked by fluxing and not running th eZ axi
