I have had a similar problem as this. But, not on that particular type of component. Have your machine place the component, take the PCB over to a microscope and look at the part how it sit's on and in the paste on the pads. You might see that one

Head 1 is not placing the parts in production. Same component is placed by head 2. Head 1 camera is camera 12 type and head 2 camera is type 8. Machine re-set done resent proper data and interchanged cameara still same problem was foundd in head 1.

Yep there are nozzles on both machines. This is a very quirky program. I remember when I first loaded it I couldn't get it to run. I reloaded several times, double checked all of the settings in the autoexec and config.sys files but couldn't get it
