I was thinking the same thing. Try turning off your anchors and look at the size of your search and % match you have set. if you are concerned about not catching missing components, try training a negative template.

Parts that are the same size can share the same extent #. If you are placing 100 different 0805 components you will need only 1 extent.

If you have room, and the aperture size will allow for it, try a 5 mil overall stencil thickness with a 1 mil step-up in the area of the BGA connector.

We have multuiple pcb transport conveyors that use the 10mm wide flat green blets on either edge. Does anyone know of a kit to purchase where we could make our own or a company that supplies different sizes? Thanks

I've bought conveyor belts from Michigan Industrial Belting. http://www.mibelting.com They were able to make some custom belt sizes for me that I couldn't find anywhere else.

There are only two (2), but the qty and size do not really prohibit hand soldering and we would still need to clean around their leads manually to meet the cleanliness spec.
