Does anyone have Data/Comparisons showing which component plating is better, Nickle plating vs. Sucoplate for SMT production? These components would be reflowed with a SAC305 alloy

Has anyone had any experience using REM Oil for their feeders or other SMT Applications? I have talked to a few techs around the states and they said it is some of the best lube for feeders. Just looking for some feedback, Thanks.

Smt paste= SAC305 Wave Solder= SN100C no real problems with either of these. good luck

Thanks to all of you for the positve input, I understand that my best option, after reviewing opinions and certain studies, that SN100C is adequate for wave and SAC305 for SMT. Thanks again.

Hi Krebbe, Why not trying DEK 248 with vision. It's a semiautomatic printer with fully fine pitch capability, works just fine!
