I think your pre-heat temp is a little low for SAC 305 Soldering. Especially with a Pallet. You might want to try to add some time and temp to get the PWB itself preheated up to 150-160C. That should help with the barrel fill. Make sure your board

Don't worry about the paste print. Just omit it from the stencil. Mask over all the SMT components after reflow with water washable WSOL masking. Then run it thru the wave to deposit the solder. Then wash to remove masking. Or you could manually run

At room temperature, how long does it take for the phases of a common tin (Sn) / lead (Pb) solder, say 60/40, to reach equilibrium? While the materials are diffusing toward equilibrium do the material properties of the solder change significantly?
