Hello I am looking for any data that confirms the long term reliabilty of no clean paste as opposed to water soluable. Does anyone have any past experiences of problems when changing over from water soluable to no clean in the SMT prcocess?? Thanks i

for the application we hae to do, we can't print paste. we can however dispence paste. what are the advantages and disadvantages? is there any equipment you would recomend? thx for the help

If you usually get good release on other products with your paste, I would try a different batch of paste. The batch you are using may have a problem that contributes to the beading. Jerry

Actually it's not rare. I use several pastes from various manufacturers that add 2% silver in their leaded pastes. I would bet it's 2% silver.

Thanks, I do observed more solder paste terms of percentage in 0.06mm stencil than in 0.08mm stencil.
