Be sure to peel the potatoes. I saw a guy use a potato to purify gold on the TV show Rough Science. Seriously though I would think SAC305 to SN100C wouldn't be as bad as eutectic to leadfree.

Hi Patrick Yes we have some that you cant tell the difference. BUT machine set up and angle are extremely important with Lead Free as is the dosing alloy. Cheers Greg

Hi Peter Its looks on a par with mine so not bad at all but our alloy is considerably cheaper than SAC305 and significantly shinier We used our 10-75-30-R VOC free flux with topside of 100 - 105C Cheers Greg

Oh,I consider the process is wrong,it is stencil print paste-mount-reflow -apply glue-reflow,then wave solder. it must pass twice reflow,also the first reflow profile is different and the second .
