What is slope? Solder flow issues seem unlikely for long runs with few parts. Im focused on my application which I think is simple compared to a contract manufacture.

Yes, send them out or take a few samples and go to a place where you can use the machine or be with the product -based on the product security required. That way you can remove or confirm your suspicions.

Hi Prem, We used to place millions of Nickel battery tabs using Cobar paste. We found it particularly aggressive. Just contact your local Cobar distributor and ask them for samples of their most aggressive fluxed paste. Kind regards, Rob.

Try to measure the profile again by datasheet..with the result that you will reduce the temperature in the areas below...increase the upper temperatures as needed according to the properly measured profile...I hope you can solve the problem like this

Hi, Thanks for the valuable feedback. We are at lower spec : ( TAL )Reflow time : Around 50 Sec ( Above 217 deg C) Peak Temp : 240- 245 deg C. Any other suspects. And your English is fine :) Regards, Ameen
