What is the proper storage and shelf life after washing a PCB with an OSP finish? We sometimes have to pull the boards off the line and wash the solder paste off the boards.

"We sometimes have to pull the boards off the line and wash the solder paste off the boards." Unfortunately I can't answer your question with any authority, but I guess my question in return would be why? Can you do something to address t

I'm not clear on your current process. You run FIRST SIDE. Then paste and build SECOND SIDE. Then you insert a header from the FIRST SIDE so the pins solder with paste on the SECOND side. And you run the board with the unsoldered header on the bot

We used to use Titanium inserts when there wasn't much clearance between SMD and thru-hole leads. I don't recall how tight we could get though.

What is your current paste coverage? You mentioned windowpane and you mentioned 5mil stencil. You did not mention if PAD design meets recommendation? If it does, go 6mil and more paste coverage to increase volume.

Hi Evtimov, Thanks for your response - Coverage of Paste on the pad is 85 % (By considering window & outer area), Let me revert back after PAD design vs Recommendation verification.
