Experts, can you please suggest, Optimal Conveyor Angle for better performance of Wave Soldering Process. Regards Vijai

Hi Vijai, You didn't say if you were running Tin/Lead or Lead Free. For lead free soldering I would suggest that you try to achieve as close to 7deg conveyor angle as you can. John

We're a small company looking to purchase a desktop solder fountain. The only ones I've seen have been $4,500+. Anyone know of anything more affordable?

Any distributors or do you know any distributors that can deliver a T5 Lead solder paste by 01/25 or close?

Dennis, Try The Waveroom Plus, in New Hampshire. They usually have T5 in stock (maybe only 1000 grams in 500g jars). They carry AIM Solder Paste. www.waveroomplus.com I receive no renumeration for this recommendation. cheers, ..rob

Some solder paste formulations can be frozen with no effect. Other formulations ... not so much. Can you compare this questionable solder paste with 'known good' paste of this part number in a structured test?

Having issues with soldering bottom termination components such as PQFN's. Want to begin x-ray inspection to verify wetting. Wondering about soldering acceptablility criteria?

We agree with the previous poster. Open-up your aperture to increase the amount of solder paste. If you don't have a heel fillet, go home.

We have sucessfully built pallets for several customers with fine pitch connectors. By adding a unique insert of titanium webing we eliminated solder bridging and still obtained proper hole fill. Some examples are shown at http://www.mf-mfg.com.
