Any possibility of having some changes made to the PCB for future runs? Can the ground connections be modified to have thermal relief patterns? At one time occasionally people would come to me to tell me that the power was out at their work station

We are changing /adding a lead free wave. This will either be a conversion of a leaded wave or a new purchase. Nitrogen seems to be a necessity in selective soldering lead free, should I presume the same for a wave process? I am interested in first h

Thanks! good stuff. I am disappointed the IPC has put off updating QFN solder filet specs till rev H. It's a pet peeve of mine trying to argue with customers that a visible toe filet on a QFN is not necessary, and may not even be possible depending

We run a "no clean" soldering process, class II primarily, conformal coating using a Humiseal acrylic coating, applied by machine and by brush. We have seen very few coating issues in my 10+ years from contamination by body oils. We are not using glo
