Hi all, Zone 11 on a XPM2-1240 does not want to heat up and would not stay at set point. Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this problem? Or if you know of a technician in the Southern California area that can perhaps fix this problem, please

I am looking at both totech and McDry.....both are at par with features....McDry is marginally more expensive than Totech

I forgot to mention that we've tried to change the resistor on it.

Just want to know if it is ok to leave parts in the bag with an open end. I just hate for the operators to start leaving parts in the mcdry with just the tray. I could see them damaging them, label incorrectly or mixing them up. Just want to know
