Well I figured it out. The XP242 vision system is STUPID. I had to use a vision 18 instead of a 10 because it was seeing a leg.

Sounds like you got something stuck in the magazine bus and it blew the circuit in that lane. I think you can swap out chips on one of the computer boards in the system.

Another sticky issue is that if you use after market nozzles especially mixed in with Fuji nozzles the Anti-Marking Illumination Disks can be different enough that the vision system will reject nozzles. Jerry

Thank you Grayman. We use selective point now but I believe our throughput will be increased with a selective wave system on one of the two main boards we run. I will see if I can pull up slicks / more information on the machines you recommended.

Hi, if you do only contract services I`d advice own part numbering. All I can say is just try to create each cathegories which will contain other cathegories and so on. Applying this system will make some order in your stock. For instance : RETR020

Armynski, You should do a Cpk study to baseline how capable your ovens are. Then based on Cpk, determine the frequency.
