New Pick and Place Operation

Electronics Forum | Mon Jan 09 18:51:05 EST 2006 | grantp

Hi, I have used both MYDATA TP9, MY9 and more recently MY12. MYDATA machines are just not accurate, and we did everything possible, and every kind of upgrade they had. We ended up putting in Fuji XP based machines, and the differences are very notic

New Pick and Place Operation

I would have to disagree on this. My experience is that you should never justify capital expediture based on just the obvious up front costs alone. There is no mention of risk of recall, warranty costs, scrap costs, and so on. Which you may get from a

Electronics Forum | Wed Dec 22 17:03:23 EST 2004 | jamesd

I would also like to add some more features of Assembleon XII platform. You had mentined that you already have GSM machine whose feeders could be used if you buy a new GSM machine. Assembleon XII machines such as Opal XII, can use GSM feeders as we

AXIS Password for KME CM82C-MD

Electronics Forum | Thu Sep 16 21:22:39 EDT 2004 | Darby

Cesar, I am not familiar with these machines but I have found that servo controller problems do not usually cause mis-placement. They tend to just stop the machine with *axis system erors. As I understand it, after you have done a return to origin,

Electronics Forum | Tue Oct 05 06:50:44 EDT 2004 | cabjerk

Hi All: Thanks for the feedback. I've did a lot of surfing for more info and found there are pro's and con's to each side. One side with the customer P/N your customer service doesn't have to worry if the others bump their builds ahead of your an
