I agree with Pete C. Not enough companies make their pick-&-place vendors prove the accuracy. So it is up to you to ask and most vendors are willing to help in this area. Universal does a good job in this area.

This phenomenon is caused by a high amount of halogens (Cl, Br etc.) used in the flux activators or in the flux surfactants. We've seen effects creating all colors of the rainbow. Changing to No-Clean (halide-free) will eliminate this color effect.

Patrick told you why, But here is some more info for ya, I would absolutely not recommend that wires be tinned with OA. The residue will never get cleaned underneath the insulation and all of your strands will strt to break in the near/far future.

If economical is what your looking for the atmosphere already contains 20 odd percent nitrogen. Why the need to use N2 with lead free?

Problem solved. Thru the help of MyData support we have determined that older MyDatas have a software issue with the servo drivers. A newer rev of driver will fix this problem.

change the x/y ribbon cable's.....you will probably find one of those are going bad. good luck

i agree with changing the head board if the ribbon cables have been changed. I would also check the quad align card and make sure the cables are plugged in tight to it and to the backplane. There is a large connector on the backplane that sometimes f
