If the solder that you apply bonds well to the metal terminations of the transformers, your customers should have no solderability problems related to your components.

we are manufacturer of molded type transformer and we soldered are units using wave soldering machine and then we washed the units to remove flux residue. what materials or any process for us to eliminate the process of washing after wave soldering.

i would look at an SPM from MPM(speedline) or an SP200 from Europlacer (speedprint not speedline) We have used both of these machines with great success from 16mil pitch qfps to .5mm pitch uBGAs.

Hello all! Our test adapter have not a plate, which close test probes. We want to do a plate with through holes for test probes and holes for guiding and centring pins. We want to order a making this one. Adapter is MTS180. Thanks.

Never could get that thing to work rite. Better off getting a glue stencil or a manual dispenser. Even if you do get it to work it is difficult to control the glue dot size to stay stable either you get too much or not enough.
