Multicore make a HMP alloy liquidus at 298 degrees, Pb93Sn5Ag2.Ive used it to attatch thermocouples but they're difficult to solder as they dont wet.

Hi, We found voids on BGA. Understand IPC stated as long as not more than 25% should be fine. So, is there any standard stated how many voids in BGA can be allow. Appreciate your help......

Voids in BGA most often are a process indicator, you know unless either they're huge or there's lots of them.

If you have a servo or encoder problem you should be getting alot of errors. Are all feet leveled on a stable floor? It wouldn't take much to shake them. A full coke machine weighs more.

hi pavel, If you are getting vibrate during fast mode, encoder or motor cable might be faulty. yes i faced the same problem in Juki KE2010 m/c. Try by replacing encoder & motor cable from Motor to driver unit. All the best

we are encountering a problem wherein the ballast transformer we built on the pcb produced a vibration or a humming sound.? what is the possible cause on it. what may the problem on the assembly of transformer.

I have a board with 0603 parts with .2mm spacing between the parts and in some areas smaller. Can any one help me on what size stencil thickness I need. Any help would be appreciated. Jay

WELL, I heer that thikness was always wrong where I work, and for what ever reason the engineering department chose 6 milimeters. Personaly i would of gone 8 myself. I look under the magfying glass and always noticed in-suficient solder on the gull

6 mils maybe? instead of 6mm? We go down to 5 mils and up to 7 with 0603. You could even use a 4mil stencil for these without any problems. The .2mm (.0078")apart however might get you in trouble unless your equipment is rock solid.
