HI Please Advice witch material can stand more heat FR4 or CEM3. PCB assembly will be used under the body of toaster Temp. range 90°C Could anyone tell me the difference in PCB material For imcoming quality control. Thanks & regards Fotis

Thanks My mistake on the previous post is that the Temperature will be way beyond 90C maybe reach to 400c as the PCB will be placed under the Heating plate of the sandwich maker! So my concern is the heating tolerance! Appreciated your knowledge b

It is totally normal for these solenoids to run very hot. Hot enough to fry spit. I wouldnt pay any attention to it

For the machines that are similar I would start by making sure the model name and machine name are different. The machine type can be the same but you need to add a different sufix at the end or something. See if this helps and should be able to do s

we are currently running 0201 components using the c-14 tool on the my9 pick and place and are having a lot of missing components with in the PCB's. is anyone or has anyone had this problem? if so, were you able to finf a fix for it?

Found a company that builds modified tool tips for my9 with stainless steel tip. we are going to try one and seen if it helps on placing the 0201 components. the rubber tip just gets damaged too easy and components stick to it do the solder flux.
