The machine has linear servo motors. It has to be VERY level. You may want to check that this is the case. If this doesnt work.....make sure the encoder scales are clean. Good Luck

I have a MPM UP2000. When running or after teaching fiducials you will here a clank and the error "Camera not parked" will show. If anyone has experienced this on have any suggestions plaese advise. Thank you.

The camera is probably clipping the top of your board when it is reading fids. This causes the motor to lose steps. Manually load a board to vision height and drive the camera over the board to check for clearance issues.

Thanks for the reply bobpan. I had the motor power on. I did have a side panel that was not shut all the way. Once I shut that, the error went away and it made it through its startup sequence. No errors. Thanks for the help.

Per specifications sheet for our Heller 1707 EXL: Typical run current is 30-35 Amps @ 208V, 3 phase.

Since it is listed as "Typical Run Current", my assumption is that is the current after it has heated up and stabilized at your profile settings, i.e. not start up. The recommended breaker size is 100 Amps. That would imply it can draw more than th
