The image is very poor. I would start with giving the oven a good clean. You likely have some build up that is then dropping onto your boards causing this.

It's been a bit too long. But, I remember having the P-tools programs and components definitions saved some time. But, I'm sure things have changed, since then.

I suggest you should start learning what's current SMT is capable of in now days. The company I am working in right now able to run huge boards, over 3feet long and 1feet wide.

We have been using SAKI AOI for more than ten years, the software and check algorithms should be must better. The machine themselves(hardware)are very good. There were no serious problem.
