Use off cuts from the reels & just buy splices. It's how i've done prototype jobs before switching away from cut tape & part reels etc. Although if this is a forever ending cycle it can be very painful.

Hot melt dispenser mounted to a cobot. If you don't want to do it by hand, have a robot do it.

I almost always go with an overprint as long as it's feasible. I haven't had much problem with solder-balling when overprinting. I'd give it a try and see how it works for you.

sorry, I can't reproduce that because I work with Nexim. why is it important to you? why is it not enough to create AVL Data manually? can you create a new AVL and export data? or is there only import function?

Unfortunately only import and up to 5-6 avl's for every part. Manual making takes a lot of time...
