We use Omron RNS AOI's for PTH inspection. I believe Koh Young and Omron both have 3D PTH inspection now as well.

Given that your PCB is a through hole design the top and bottom overlays (mask) are the same. You don't need a bottom silkscreen in this example you have shown us sarason

If the case shield is solderable, add pads to the edge of the two through holes and paste . This wetting should hold it in place.

HI, What is the method for testing solder-ability of Class 3 PCBs. The PCBs have through hole & SMT Pads. Solder-ability need to be assessed prior to wiring. Kinldy advise

We use BlueRing/ Stone Mountain for wave and SMT carriers. We also use a universal/ adjustable fixture from Electroprep for wave and selective solder. And we make some of our own as well.

I would need something from someone who has experience with custom WBH for Universal. I don't think those vendors have made WBH before. They would need to design it as well, I could provide gerber.

If you would, post a photo of one of your WBH. I am assuming that you are talking about a fixture that holds an odd shaped board so that it fits into your machine.
