We had same trouble with one after 1 year, send back to repair, cost $100. look like it okay for now.

Thanks for the replies. We have purchased a spare frame so if it happens again, we won't be stuck waiting for a repair. Good info about the burr that was causing a repeat leak- I will keep that in mind if it happens again.

You can buy the kit from DEK direct and it contains self assembly instructions, changed ours in under 15 mins - no need to send it back for repair. Key for durability, is using the correct pressure!!!

I did optimize. All it did was change the order or the resistors it picked up and placed, and changed the order of the LED's that it picked up and placed. Still only four parts at a time.
