It sounds like a mechanical issue. Otherwise, you'd lose other calibration. Try backing up the parameters. Then, when the camera is out of calibration, restore the parameter and see if that fixes the problem.

Because it was recommended by the machine manufacturer. Sup 75 is also very corrosive. It basically ruins any tools that touch it if they aren't cleaned properly. I am ordering some of that powder to try.

You could try putting a dot of adhesive like Loc tight chip bonder or similar between the pads. The adhesive will cure before the solder paste hits the reflow temp and hold the LED in place.

It's difficult to diagnose without the LED specs. Is the spacing between the pads the same? Your pads seem too large for the Nichia part. Try reducing the stencil apertures to deposit less paste and closer to the inside edge. Depending on your oven,
