Manuel: What is the objective of OEE? It seems to say it's OK to give-up 4% of your quality, if you can increase your machine speed by 5%. Does it work on machines that are not capacity constrained?

i had it placing with nozzle that placing 0805 or 1206 and teached where's flat surface is for picking up , and i have my XY moving slowing down to 50% . just wondering what kind of machines do you have??

for the last couple of days when i power up our quad iv, i get assembler is off errors. i cannot get the machine and the quad align to start. any help is gratly appreciated.

If the above recomendations do not help...(I'd try them first) Did you try the infamous "Fuji Fix"? Power the machine all the way down and power it back up. (Rebooting the software)

We used to clean our stencils by hand as well but 2005 we steped up to a ppc-n29tp stencil ultrasonic cleaner has worked great for us I would suggest a machine cleaning system it gets the stencils more clean then doing it by hand
