I wish I had that much power! They're always going to select components according to their needs, but I want to know if there are standard pad layouts (complete size/shape) that are shared between components so I can re-use some screens for multiple

That was a year ago, got my feet wet now and looking for something nicer but preferrably not $400k. I'm just trying to learn more about the turret technology and see if there is anything for a small tiny factory being run by a single operator/tech

There are quite a few papers out there on the subject. Just enter "SMT void reduction" into google or other search engine and take your pick. That said, slow ramp rates and paste volume reduction are a good place to start. Although I haven't tried i

Like I stated before, I am not familiar with the machine. I can only make suggestions. If you found solder paste on the nozzle, clean it off to prevent part stuck to the nozzle tip. I would also check if the nozzle tips are being worn off; uneven we

pretty sure it does squeegie blades first....then if you have a table...it drops and starts to move out.....and then the head moves. Most times i have seen this....if nothing is moving....one of the cover switches are not made...use a magnet on each
