A customer of mine is having problem. They can't control their humidity. It is very dry. RH averages 28-30%. The water soluble solder paste prints great. But dries out on metal squeegee. Any suggestions.

The R.H of 28-30% is too low! (What about ESD issues?). Have them check to see if the printer/print area has a "breeze blowing" accross it, they can disconnect fans inside if needed to limit airflow from drying the paste out.

Hi, Try using/installing a dihumidifier machine besides the printer. It will solve the problem. Please reduce the airflow in the area. Arman

someone stated to me that they could change their squeegee blade from stainless steel to nickel coated? and even Teflon coated. Agree? disagree?

Hi Harry, We had some of the ECU's, but all they are is a heater & a chiller, and the controller turns on whichever one is required. Unfortunately the contollers were pants so our lab made their own. Rob.

Hook it up to a server and only allow read access to the operators for the files. Then if changes have to be made it will take the appropriate person to overwrite the file and save it to the server drive. Russ

It is definitely feasable, I personally hate floppy disks, they seem to fail all of the time. My only concern is losing the info on the disk. Russ
