We have an ERSA 500 and we need to pull the Pump Housing. The manual is pretty limited and it doesn't offer any information on how to remove it. Do we have to remove all of the solder from the pot first? Or is there some way to pull it without going

Follow that same link I gave you for the sample files, there is a zip of a file transfer utility specifically for these machines. (I sent you an email, too) Enjoy, Tom

First we get a "transducers out of sync" error which can be corrected when we go to the "reinitialize hardware" option in the Utilities menu. However, when it fails to initialize the error is "Xfan not working".

There is a fan on the upper rear of the machine that has to be running for the machine to initialize. i suggest lifting open the top and check the operation of the cooling fans.

We have gotten various errors that I have had to troubleshoot over the years. However, I have not seen an "Xfan not working" error. I do not know what would be causing that. Sorry.

Checked that out but all fans are running. It seems to be a heat issue. I was able to get it going the next time I started a shift.
