It's all relative to your Zone Temps and the thermal profile of your assembly. Without knowing what they are, we'd be irresponsible to offer any advice on adjusting your conveyor speed.

Hi, I am process engineer in PCBA factory.I have a question about gold plating on BGA.I want to know difference soldering performance between gold plating electrolytic and ENIG.Many thank for any idea.

ENIG is the way you need to go. With ENIG you deposit a lot less gold. Too much gold will cause soler problems. Matt www.americancircuits.com

The Part Data sheet should specify whether or not the part can withstand the Wave Solder. (I've wave soldered many Tant Caps)It sounds like you need a higher volume of SMD Adhesive. How are you applying the adhesive?

Problem is I dont have the centroid file. I only have the gerber file...

ASk your bare board manufacture for the centriod data. They can do it quickly and most will do it for free. At least we do for our customers.

PROCAM is intended to extract Centroid from the raw Gerber only. You just need to have 2 layers (paste or mask layer - to identify pads, and silk layer - for reference designators). Centroid is the output of PROCAM.

It's a PTC resettable fuse, something like this: http://www.bourns.com/data/global/PDFs/MFMSMF.pdf
