Anytime we use a glue/wave solder process we print the adhesive using a stencil and our screen printer and we have excelent results. It is in no way a difficult process.

We are using a Propyl Bromide vapor degreaser solvent. Has anyone heard of this solvent when used near an oven will decompose and cause major corrosion to metals such as in a Reflow oven or a wave solder pot?

Patrick, It actually seems to go away after every adjustment. Whether it's flux, heat, doesn't matter but it always reappears. The part that has me baffled is the fact that another identical part is approx. 4 mm away, and never affects this one.

Larry, The early results are in and turning the fixture, as you recommended seems to have fixed the problem, I want to thank everyone for their input, if this turns into another temp. fix I'll be back. Stay tuned!
